AbleFit privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026. Published by ZKTech Software Developer.

The short version

AbleFit does not collect, send or sell any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your phone.

What the app stores on your device

To work, AbleFit saves the following in your phone’s private app storage: your optional first name, the profile options you select (such as “I exercise seated”), the equipment you have, your pace and session preferences, display and coaching settings, your saved exercises, and your workout history (date, duration, how you felt, and the pain rating from the pre-workout check).

This information never leaves your device. We have no server, no account system and no access to it.

What we do not do

AbleFit contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash-reporting services and no third-party tracking. It does not use your location, contacts, camera, microphone or Health Connect.

Permissions

Notifications: only if you turn on the daily reminder. The reminder is scheduled on your phone. Run at startup: only to set your reminder again after the phone restarts. Vibration: for workout cues. You can turn reminders and vibration off in the app’s Settings.

Voice coaching

Spoken instructions use your phone’s built-in text-to-speech engine. AbleFit sends it only exercise instructions, never your personal information.

Deleting your data

Open Settings and tap “Erase all my data”, or uninstall the app. Either removes everything AbleFit stored.

Children

AbleFit is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

Health information

AbleFit gives general fitness guidance and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. If AbleFit ever starts collecting data, we will say so here and in the app before that version is released.
